小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中的应用疗效分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的探究小儿支气管哮喘临床应用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗的效果。方法 60例呼吸内科收治的支气管哮喘患儿,随机分成治疗组与对照组,各30例。两组患儿均给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用小剂量布地奈德吸入治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%,且第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上加用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗支气管哮喘有助于促进病情的缓解,改善患儿的肺功能,且对患儿的不良影响较小,有助于提高患儿的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
