重庆短期援藏干部在芒康半年期间身体状况的对比调研

The comparative research of Chongqing cadres' body condition in Mangkang during half a year who were sent to aid Tibet in the short-term

目的通过调研了解短期援藏干部半年期身体变化情况,为以后短援干部提供数据资料。方法采用分组对照研究方法,选取芒康当地藏族干部为对照组,短援干部为观察组,于短援干部进藏后第3天及出藏前3天在芒康县卫生服务中心检查血常规、心率、血压、血氧饱和度,将所获数据进行对比分析。结果与自身入藏前比较,援藏干部的舒张压、淋巴细胞比率和血红蛋白值在藏区生活6个月之后有所升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与久居芒康县城的藏族干部相比,援藏者6个月后其心率、血压、红细胞计数、血红蛋白值、红细胞压积均高于久居高原者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进入高原地区,援藏干部体内通过加强低氧通气反应(提高心率、增加红细胞和血红蛋白计数)启动代偿机制,以适应低氧环境,而久居高原者则出现低氧通气反应钝化,不再单纯以此代偿环境缺氧。

Objective To learn about the cadres＇ body changes during half a year who were sent to aid Tibet in the short-term through the research, and provide future short-term aiding Tibet cadres with data. Methods Using grouping control study way, Mangkang local Tibetan cadres were selected as the control group, the cadres to aid Tibet as observation group. In the third day after entering into Tibet, and the three days before leaving Tibet, the cadres to aid Tibet were examined routine blood, heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation at health service center in Mangkang county, and the data was compared and analyzed. Results Compared with themselves, the Short-term aiding Tibetan cadres＇ diastolic blood pressure, lymphocyte ratio, hemoglobin values rose, who lived in Tibet after six months, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; compared with Tibetan cadres who lived in Mangkang county for a long time , the heart rate, blood pressure, red blood cell count, hemoglobin value, erythrocyte deposited of the former were all higher than the later, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions When entering into the plateau region, the short-term aiding Tibet cadres adapted to low oxygen environment by strengthening the ventilatory response to hypoxia to start the compensatory mechanism in their bodies, but those who lived in the plateau region for a long time was passivized to the ventilatory response to hypoxia and didn＇t simply compensate hypoxia of environment any more in this way.
