摘要
采用异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、马来酸酐(MA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)等作为合成的主要原材料,直接聚合制得一种缓释型聚羧酸减水剂。探讨了掺入不同单体、采用不同投料方式及不同氧化还原体系对合成的减水剂减水性能和缓释性能的影响,并且通过引入一种新的氧化剂,最终得到一种低温合成减水剂的方法。
Using isobutylene alcohol ethoxylates, maleic anhydride, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfottic acid monomer as the main synthesis raw materials, a control-released type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is directly polymerized. The impacts of incorporation of different monomers, using different feeding methods and different oxidation-reduction system on water-reducing property and control-released property of synthetic superplasticizer are discussed. And by introducing a new kind of oxidizing agent, a low-temperature synthesis method for water reducing agent is obtained.
