参松养心胶囊对心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者靶器官损害的保护作用研究

To study the protective effects of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with ventricular arrhythmia in patients with target organ damage to heart failure

目的:探讨参松养心胶囊对心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者靶器官损害的保护作用。方法:选取于2013年1月至2016年1月在我院就诊并确诊的心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,共101例,随机分组,对照组50例口服胺碘酮胶囊,治疗组51例,口服胺碘酮胶囊基础上口服参松养心胶囊。比较两组临床疗效,QTd及血浆NT-proBNP水平。结果:治疗组总有效率88.24%,高于对照组(78%),差异有统计学意义。治疗后,两组QTd及血浆NT-proBNP水平比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组QTd及血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降,差异有显著性统计学意义。结论:参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常,临床效果较好。

Objective：To investigate the protective effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with ventricular arrhythmia in patients with target organ damage to heart failure. Method：In January 2013 to 2016 January in our hospital and diagnosed with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with 101 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （50 cases） were treated with amiodarone capsule and 51 cases in the treatment group, oral amiodarone Capsule on the basis of oral Ginseng pine Yangxin capsule. The clinical efifcacy, QTd and plasma proBNP NT- levels were compared between the two groups. Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%, higher than that of the control group （78%）, the difference was statistically signiifcant. After treatment, the two groups QTd and plasma proBNP NT- levels were compared, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the levels of QTd and plasma proBNP NT- in the two groups were signiifcantly decreased, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion： The use of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia, has good clinical effect.
