中医药干预糖耐量减低83例临床观察

Clinical observation on 83 cases of impaired glucose tolerance with traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:研究中医药在糖尿病前期治疗上的优势。方法:选取2011年11月到2012年1月间社区筛选的糖耐量减低患者112例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组56例,治疗期间脱落19人,对照组予饮食运动控制血糖,治疗组在一般治疗的基础上予中药颗粒剂口服治疗1年,随访1年。结果:治疗组IGT逆转率77.8%,对照组IGT逆转率31.6%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药对糖耐量减低患者有治疗作用。

Objective：To study the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes. Methods：Selection of 112 patients with impaired glucose tolerance from November 2011 to January 2012 in the community, the control group and treatment group were randomly divided in two groups, each group of 56 cases, and fall off 19 people during treatment. Control group were given diet exercise to control blood glucose, on the basis of general treatment, the treatment group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine granules for one year, follow up for one year. Results：Treatment group IGT reversal rate 77.8%, control group IGT reversal rate 31.6, the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Chinese medicine treatment of impaired glucose tolerance in patients.
