细节护理管理对基层医院护患纠纷与护理风险的影响

Details of Nursing Administration and nursing care influence patient disputes the risk of primary hospital

目的：探讨细节护理管理对基层医院护患纠纷与护理风险的影响。方法：选择2015年1月~2015年12月（已开展细节护理管理）我院收治的2520例患者作为研究组，选择2014年1月~2014年12月（未开展细节护理管理）收治的2452例患者作为对照组。观察对比两组护患纠纷、风险事件的发生率。结果：研究组护患纠纷发生率为0.20%、护理风险发生率为0.79%，低于对照组的0.57%、1.63%（P〈0.05）。结论：细节护理管理可以有效降低基层医院护患纠纷与护理风险的发生概率，强化护理服务质量，适于临床推广。

Objective： To explore the details of nursing management and nursing care inlfuence patient disputes the risk of the primary hospital. Methods： January 2015 - December 2015 （has been carried out the details of Nursing Administration） in our hospital 2520 patients as the study group, select January 2014 - December 2014 （not to carry out the details of Nursing Management） admitted 2452 patients as a control group. Observed compared two groups of nursing disputes, the incidence of risk events. Results： The study group of nursing disputes incidence of 0.20%, 0.79% nursing rate risk, lower than 0.57% in the control group, 1.63% （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The details of the nursing management can reduce the primary hospital care and nursing disputes risk probability of occurrence,strengthen nursing QOS, suitable for clinical practice.
