摘要
目的:探讨PBL、TBL与LBL整合教学法在中医院校《医古文》课程教学中的作用。方法:比较贵阳中医学院中医学专业2014级3个班学生在分别采用不同的教学模式和训练方法后,考试成绩对比和反馈调查。结果:采用传统LBL教学法的2班学生在期末考试A、B试卷的作答中平均成绩分别是80.1分和74.6分;采用PBL+TBL教学模式的3班学生平均成绩分别为70.1分和76.7分;而采用PBL、TBL与LBL整合教学法的1班学生平均成绩则为83.4分和85.7分。反馈调查显示学生对PBL、TBL与LBL整合教学法满意程度最高,效果最好。结论:PBL、TBL与LBL整合教学法在中医学专业本科生《医古文》课程教学中具有明显的优越性,值得在中医院校中进一步推广。
Objective:To investigate the PBL, TBL and LBL integration teaching method in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine in the teaching of “Yiguwen”. Methods:Compared with traditional Chinese medicine majors of grade 2014 in Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine 3 classes of students were different in the mode of teaching and training methods, test results comparison and feedback survey. Results The average score by using the traditional LBL teaching method in the students of class 2 in the ifnal exam were 80.1 points and 74.6 points; by the teaching mode of PBL+TBL, the students in class 3 were 70.1points and 76.7 points; while by the use of PBL, TBL and LBL integration of teaching the students of class 1 were 83.4 points and 85.7 points. The survey on PBL, TBL and LBL integration teaching method is the highest level of satisfaction, the best effect. Conclusion:PBL, TBL and LBL integration teaching method has the obvious superiority in the traditional Chinese medicine undergraduate in the course of “Yiguwen”. It is worthy of further promotion in universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
