扶正消积胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者近期疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of "Fuzheng Xiaoji capsule" on the short-term curative effect and quality of life of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer

目的探讨扶正消积胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者近期临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将72例晚期NSCLC化疗患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36),对照组患者采用标准化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在化疗基础上联合口服扶正消积胶囊治疗,治疗4个周期后比较两组患者的近期疗效及生活质量。结果观察组患者的疾病控制率、临床症状改善率及生活质量提高稳定率均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正消积胶囊能提高晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者的近期疗效,改善其生活质量。

Objective To investigate clinical effect in short term of Fuzheng Xiaoji Capsule and impact of quality of life on advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） in patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods Seventy-two cases of patients with chemotherapy of advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into control group （n=36） and observation group （n= 36）. The control group were treated with standard chemotherapy, the observation group were treated with Fuzheng Xiaoji Capsule on basis of standard chemotherapy. The clinical effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups after 4 cycles. Results The disease control rate, the clinical symptoms improvement rate and the improvement steady rate of quality of life in observation group were all significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoji Capsule can increase short-term effect and improve quality of life of advanced NSCLC patients with chemotherapy.
