探讨数字化X线摄影术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值

Evaluate the value of digital X-ray radiography in the diagnosis of rib fracture

目的探讨数字化X线摄影术在肋骨骨折诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院骨外科收治的肋骨骨折患者共160例为研究对象,以随机数字表抽取法分为对照组与研究组,各80例。对照组行传统X线平扫,研究组行数字化X线摄影术,对两组患者的诊断结果进行统计对比。结果研究组诊断符合率为98.75%,明显高于对照组的83.75%,且误诊率(0.00%)和漏诊率(1.25%)均低于对照组(7.50%)与(8.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肋骨骨折患者临床诊断过程中,X线摄影术有操作安全、确诊率高的优势,可有效减少误诊和漏诊等问题,临床意义显著。

Objective To explore the digital X-ray radiography clinical value in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of rid fracure patients were selected in our hospital orthopedic surgery for the study. The pa- tients were divided into control group and study group by random number table extraction method, 80 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional X-ray scan, the study group was treated with digital X-ray radiography. The diagnosis of results was compared between the two groups. Results Diagnose accordance rate of the study group （98.75%） was significantly higher than the control group （83.75%）, and the rate of misdiagnosis （0.00%） and missed di- agnosis （1.25%） were lower than th$ control group （7.50%）, （8.75%） respectively. All the above comparison was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion X-ray photography has some advantages such as operating safety, the high rate of diagno- sis, effectively reduces the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the clinical diagnosis of patients with rib fracture, and also has an outstanding significance in clinical application.
