BMI、睡眠、情绪及文化程度与慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关性的研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的了解BMI、睡眠、情绪及文化程度与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)相关性。方法对上海市崇明县南门地区的1986位社区居民进行肺功能检测及相关问卷调查,调查表内容包括一般资料、呼吸道症状、BMI、打鼾、睡眠质量、情绪及文化程度等。分析BMI、睡眠、情绪及文化程度与慢阻肺的相关性。结果实际调查1986例,其中男性728例,女性1258例,慢阻肺患者162例,总患病率8.15%。调查发现低BMI人群慢阻肺患病率相对正常升高明显,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),超高BMI的发病率较正常亦升高明显(P<0.05),提示BMI与慢阻肺有相关性;睡眠质量越好,慢阻肺患病率越低,两者呈负相关;经常有负面情绪者慢阻肺患病率相对升高,良好情绪与慢阻肺呈负相关(P<0.05);文化程度相对较高者慢阻肺患病率相对减低,两者呈负相关。结论 BMI、睡眠、情绪及文化程度与慢阻肺均有相关性。控制BMI在合理范围,改善睡眠,保持良好情绪,提高人群文化程度,加强慢阻肺宣教,有利于预防慢阻肺,降低慢阻肺患病率。 Objective To assess the association of BMI , sleep, mood and education with COPD .Methods We made a questionnaire survey among 1986 respondents in Nanmen area of Chongming country of Shanghai City , such as general data, respiratory symptoms, BMI, snoring, sleep quality, mood and education, etc.Lung function indexes were regarded as gold criteria of diagnosis of COPD .Results There were 1986 cases with full data and good quality spirometry test , 728 males and 1258 females.The total prevalence of COPD was 8.15%.One with higher or lower BMI had a high prevalence of COPD (P〈0.05).And the prevalence of COPD was significantly lower in the people with a good sleep quality, so was in people with a good mood (P〈0.05).People with higher level education had a lower prevalence of COPD (P〈0.05).Conclusion There is association of BMI, sleep, mood and education with COPD.It can reduce the prevalence of COPD by controlling BMI within a reasonable range , improving sleep quality, keeping good mood and educating .
