补阳还五汤在急性心肌梗死血运重建后T波峰末间期及预后影响

Effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on T Peak-T End Interval and Prognosis the Revascularization of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨分析补阳还五汤在急性心肌梗死血运重建后T波峰末间期及预后影响。方法以本院2013年4月—2015年4月间,收治的84例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各42例,对照组患者予以经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)或静脉溶栓疗法进行血运重建,观察组患者在对照组基础上,增加服用补阳还五汤,两组患者治疗疗程均为30d,随访观察6个月。结果治疗疗程结束后,观察组患者Tpe及TpeRR、LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF等临床观察指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访观察结束后,观察组患者严重心血管事件发生率(9.5%)明显低于对照组(19.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤可以有效缩短急性心肌梗死血运重建后的T波峰末间期,改善心脏结构与功能,降低严重心血管事件发生率,改善临床预后,具有更高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To study the effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on T peak-T end interval and prognosis after the revascularization of acute myocardial infarction. Methods： 84 acute myocardial infarction patients who were treated at our hospital from April,2013 to April,2015 were randomly divided into one observation group and one control group,42 cases per group. The control group was treated with percutaneous coronary intervention（ PCI） or intravenous thrombolytic therapy to make revascularization while the observation group was added with Buyanghuanwu Decoction besides basic treatment of the control group. 30 days was a course of treatment and the observation was followed up for 6 months. Results： After the treatment,Tpe,RR,LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF of the treatment group was significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After the follow-up observation,the severe cardiovascular event rate（ 9. 5%） of the observation group was significantly lower than the rate（ 19. 1%） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Buyanghuanwu Decoction can effectively reduce T peak-T end interval of acute myocardial infarction patients after revascularization,improve cardiac structure and function and reduce the incidence of serious cardiovascular events and improve clinical prognosis,with higher clinical value.
