活血宣痹汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Effdct of Huoxue Xuanbi Decoction on the Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Patients with Angina Pectoris

目的探讨活血宣痹汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛临床效果。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上加用活血宣痹汤,比较分析2组临床治疗效果、硝酸甘油用量、治疗前后中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为88.33%,显著高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组硝酸甘油用量明显减少,治疗后中医证候积分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组间不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血宣痹汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛临床效果确切,且不良反应较少,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To study the effect of Huoxue Xuanbi Decoction on the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients with angina pectoris. Methods： 120 patients who were treated at our hospital from January,2014 to December,2015 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,60 cases per group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was added Huoxue Xuanbi Decoction besides basic western medicine. The clinical effect,amount of nitroglycerin,symptom scores of the pre-treatment and post-treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 33%,significantly higher than the rate（ 65. 00%） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the amount of nitroglycerin of the observation group was less used and the symptom score was significantly lower and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. When the adverse events of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Xuanbi Decoction has an exact effect on the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients with angina pectoris,less adverse reactions and wide clinical value.
