滋阴系阳治疗更年期血管舒缩症状的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Ziyinxiyang Method on the Treatment of Menopausal Vasomotor Symptom Patients

目的观察中医滋阴系阳法对更年期综合征血管舒缩症状的临床疗效。方法将80例具有血管舒缩症状的更年期综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组40例采用尼尔雌醇片治疗,观察组80例采用滋阴系阳法治疗。治疗1个月,比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后改良Kupperman评分。结果观察组总有效率(92.5%)高于对照组(87.50%,P<0.05);2组治疗后Kupperman评分较本组治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),但观察组与对照组比较无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论阴不系阳是更年期综合征血管舒缩症状的基本病机,滋阴系阳法治疗更年期综合征血管舒缩症状疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the effect of TCM Ziyinxiyang Method on the treatment of menopausal vasomotor symptom patients.Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into one observation group and one control group,40 cases per group. The control group was treated with nylestriol tablet while the observation group was treated with TCM Ziyinxiyang Method. After one-month treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups and modified Kupperman scores were compared before and after the treatment. Results： The overall effective rate（ 92. 5%） of the observation group was higher than the rate（ 87. 50%） of the control group,（ P 〈0. 05）. Kupperman scores of the two groups significantly decreased（ P 〈0. 05） after the treatment when compared with the pre-treatment,but the comparison of the observation group and the control group showed no significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yinbuxiyang symptom is basic pathogenesis of vasomotor symptoms of menopausal syndrome and Ziyinxiyang Method has a definite curative effect on menopause vasomotor symptom.
