千金苇茎汤合透脓散治疗肺部感染30例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Qianjin Weijing Decoction plus Tounong Powder on the Treatment of 30 Pulmonary Infection Patients

目的观察千金苇茎汤合透脓散辅助治疗肺部感染(痰热壅肺、气阴两虚)的临床疗效。方法将临床60例符合诊断的肺部感染(痰热壅肺、气阴两虚)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予吸氧、抗感染、祛痰止咳平喘等西医基础对症治疗,治疗组另予以口服中药汤剂10 d后观察疗效。结果临床综合疗效治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组73.33%,2组比较,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,说明治疗组患者的临床综合疗效优于对照组;治疗后中医症候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组86.67%,2组比较,显示(P<0.01)具有显著统计学差异,说明治疗组患者的中医症候疗效明显优于对照组。结论千金苇茎汤合透脓散辅助治疗痰热壅肺、气阴两虚证型的肺部感染疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qianjin Weijing Decoction plus Tounong Powder on the treatment of pulmonary infection patients（ phlegm-heat？ obstructing？ lung and deficiency both qin and yin）. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The patients of the two groups were treated with oxygen-uptake,anti-infection,expectorant,cough suppressant and asthma-relief,but the treatment group was added oral Chinese medicine decoction for 10 days. Results： The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 83. 33% while that of the control group was 73. 33%. The comparison of the two groups showed the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The comprehensive clinical effect of the treatment group was batter than that of the control group. Compared with TCM symptom curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33% while that of the control group was 86. 67%,showing statistically significant difference（ P 0. 01）. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Qianjin Weijing Decoction plus Tounong Powder has an adjuvant effect for the patients with phlegm-heat？ obstructing？ lung and deficiency both qin and yin syndrome,better than simple western medicine.
