摘要
探索将核磁共振波谱仪引入仪器分析实验教学课程。从利用多媒体设备讲授理论知识、简化上机操作步骤、创新实验内容及制定合理科学的课程评价体系等方面,介绍了将核磁共振波谱仪引入仪器分析实验教学的具体实施方案。实验课程内容理论联系实际,可激发学生探索科学的积极性,提高他们的动手能力和科研能力,为实现高校创新人才培养打下基础。
It has been actively explorated on the application of NMR for the experimental teaching of instrumental analysis.Three aspects are described from teaching theoretical knowledge by multimedia,simplifying operation procedure,innovativing experiment content,and making reasonable scientific curriculum evaluation system.By means of theory and practice,the concrete implementation plan is introduced on the application of NMR in the experimental teaching reform of instrumental analysis.The course content has the feature of theory with practice,which can stimulate students to explore the enthusiasm of science,improve their practical ability and scientific research level,and lay a foundation for high level colleges and universities training innovative talents.
