摘要
通过对实验室现状及存在的主要问题的剖析,提出以单分子检测与操纵实验室为依托建立"科研-教学-社团"一体式实验室管理模式,主要内容包括:实施开放式教学,引入跨学科前沿知识;培养应用性创新型人才,挖掘实验室科研新功能;以实验室为依托,开展学生社团活动,增添实验室人文气息。
This paper disscusses these problems and puts forward the new laboratory management mode,which is based on single molecule detection and manipulation laboratory.It is the integrated laboratory management mode of＂Research-Teaching-Corporation.＂Main contents include the implementation of open teaching and the introduction of interdisciplinary knowledge;cultivate innovative talents,and excavate the new function of laboratory;carry out the activities of student association,and add the humanistic atmosphere.
