经鼻气管插管诱发严重鼻心反射1例麻醉体会 被引量：1

摘要 病例男，22岁，70k，因右上后牙牙龈瘤切除术后1个月，复发半个月入院，拟在全麻经鼻插管下行右上后牙牙龈瘤切除术。术前检查心电图正常，心率约80次／min，余检查未见异常。术前禁食禁饮10h，术晨肌注阿托品0．5mg，苯巴比妥钠100mg。入手术室常规心电监护心率、血压、血氧饱和度均正常，心率75～85次／min．
