摘要
在传统挤出成型的基础上,通过添加气体辅助和微挤出成型技术,初步建立模具模型,并通过计算机辅助设计出一套气体辅助微挤出模具,并采用3D打印加工出该模具。结果如下:利用UG软件设计的气体辅助微挤出模中,聚合物熔体在微通道中在气体辅助壁面滑移的条件下进行挤出,有望消除离模胀大和表面张力引起的尺寸变形。
On the basis of traditional extrusion, gas-assisted extrusion and micro-extrusion technology were taken into account to produce precise micro-plastic parts. Micro-extrusion die model was established for polymer melt flow through the micro-channel, a new gas-assisted micro-extrusion die was designed by computer-aided design, and three dimensional printing was used to manufacture the die. The results show that a gas-assisted micro-extrusion die was successful designed by using UG software. Main features of this die can be described as follows : polymer melt flows through the micro-channel in the condition of wall slip by gas- assisted, which could help to eliminate the size deformation originating from die swell and surface tension.
