摘要
在注射成型中,应用模腔压力监测控制技术,获得注射过程的模腔压力曲线,可以用来优化生产工艺参数,并且通过模腔压力控制的方式,实现生产过程中对塑件质量的监控,提高塑件的质量和稳定性,凭借模腔压力曲线对每一个制品生产进行监控,筛选出质量合格的制品。针对高精度塑件的要求,还可以配合机械手,对不合格制品进行分离,保证产出塑件100%合格率。
The technology of mold cavity pressure monitoring is applied in injection molding in order to obtain the cavity pressure curve. The application can be used to optimize the process parameters. At the same time, it can be used as a quality control measure during the manufacturing process in order to improve the quality and stability of the products. With the cavity pressure curve, every product can be monitored and the qualified products can be filtered from the defective products. For high precision plastic parts, the production process can be combined with a mechanical arm to remove the defective products in order to guarantee qualification rate of 100%
