塑料多层共挤复合膜生产线电气设计研究

摘要 从塑料包装材料产业的发展及塑料多层共挤复合膜的应用现状出发,分析了共挤复合生产技术的生产线中设备构成及发展展望。在理论分析的基础上,以一次实际生产为例,详细论述了塑料多层共挤复合膜的生产线电气设计。阐述了生产线主机和辅机的各部分系统组成及硬件和软件设计,分析了膜泡内冷系统的设计及内冷系统中超声波传感器的应用,最后以梯形图形式展示了A/D模拟输入部分可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)编程软件的程序设计。 Based on the development of plastic packaging materials industry and the present application situation of plastic multi-layer co-extrusion composite films, the equipment composition and development prospects for co-extrusion composite production line were analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis and a practical production, detailed discussion on the electrical design in plastic multi-layer co-extrusion composite film production line was carried on. The various parts of the system and the design of hardware and software in the main and auxiliary machinery were expounded. And the design of internal cooling System and the application of ultrasonic sensors in the internal cooling system were analyzed. Finally, program design of programmable logic controller for A/D analog input section were showed in a ladder diagram.
