摘要 以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、多聚甲醛和二乙醇胺合成了反应型阻燃剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-[N,N-二(羟乙基)氨甲基]-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DH-DOPO),采用红外光谱仪和核磁共振波谱仪对其结构进行了表征,热重分析表明其失重1%的热解温度高达220℃。将DH-DOPO作为反应型阻燃剂制备了阻燃醇酸树脂,锥形量热仪测试结果表明,DH-DOPO提高了醇酸树脂的阻燃性能,并且随磷含量增加,点燃时间(TTI)和残炭率(CR)不断增加,热释放速率峰值(PHRR)和总热释放(THR)不断下降。 A reactive flame retardant (DH-DOPO) was synthesized from 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10- phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), polyoxymethylene and diethanolamine. The structure of DH- DOPO was identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR). Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the temperature for 1% mass loss of DH- DOPO is as high as 220 ℃: Flame retarded alkyd resins were prepared by adding DH-DOPO as a reactant in alkyd resin. The cone calorimeter test results indicate that the flame retardancy of alkyd resin is improved by adding DH-DOPO. As phosphorus content increases, the time to ignition and char residue increase, and the peak heat release rate and total heat release decrease.
