摘要
介绍了塑料波纹管性能特点,分析了其优缺点。详细阐述塑料波纹管的安装方式及真空辅助压浆工艺的施工方法,并讨论其质量检测和注意要点,为实际工程中对此种工艺的运用提供参考。就其孔道摩擦因数小这一特点进行试验模拟计算分析,由结果可知,塑料波纹管孔道局部偏差对摩擦的影响系数k值范围为0.0014—0.0011,摩擦因数灿值范围为0.148~0.170,其值较传统金属波纹管更小。
This paper introduced the characteristics of plastic corrugated pipe with its merits and faults. The installation and vacuum-assisted grouting process of the plastic corrugated pipe were introduced in detail. The quality inspection and key points were discussed, which provided a reference for applying this technique in practice. The simulation analysis was conducted based on the small pore friction. The results indicate that the partial deviations of the plastic corrugated pipe to influence coefficient k is in the range between 0. 001 4 and 0. 001 1. The friction factor/x is from 0. 148 to 0. 170, which is smaller than that of traditional metal beUows.
