摘要
研制开发了自动化机械制曲生产线,该生产线将传统的人工生产工序用机械化代替并辅以自动化控制,整个生产线采用成熟的机电一体化技术和DCS集散控制模式,将制曲工艺各个环节良好衔接,实现制曲、粉曲工序全程数字化控制和工艺参数在线监测,曲粉研磨标准化生产和封闭式管道输送。与传统制曲设备相比,具有安静、洁净、安全、节约等优点。
In this study, we developed the automated Daqu production line, which could replace the traditional manual process. The production line used mechatronics technology and DCS distributed control mode, integrated all the procedure of Daqu making, achieved digital control and online monitoring of the technical parameters, and realized standardized production and material transportation through closed pipeline. Compared with the traditional Daqu-making equipment, the automated production line has the advantages of quietness, cleanness, safety, and energy saving.（Trans, by HUANG Xiaoli）
