摘要 对用全自动石墨消解-ICP-AES法同时测定葡萄酒中铅、铜、铁、锰的方法进行研究。选择硝酸作为测定介质,并对测定介质的浓度、石墨消解温度、浓缩体积和ICP-AES条件等方面进行方法优化。利用建立的方法测定,葡萄酒中铅、铜、铁、锰的检出限分别为0.01 mg/L、0.002 mg/L、0.05 mg/L、0.002 mg/L,RSD在0.55%~1.03%,回收率在87%~110%。该方法可以实现仪器自动操作,污染低,操作简便、快速,基体干扰小,灵敏度高,结果准确,适合大批量样品的同时测定。 The determination of Pb, Cu, Fe and Mn in grape wine by automatic graphite digestion-ICP-AES was studied. Nitric acid was used as the measurement medium, and the concentration of the medium, graphite digestion temperature, concentrated volume and ICP-AES condi- tions were optimized. The detection limits ofPb, Cu, Fe and Mn were 0.01 mg/L, 0.002 mg/L, 0.05 mg/L, 0.002 mg/L respectively. RSD was within the range of 0.55 %- 1.03 % and recovery rates were within 87 %- 110 %. Such method had the advantages including automatic opera- tion, low pollution, rapid determination, low matrix interference, and high sensitivity, and it was suitable for simultaneous measurement of large amount of wine samples.
