摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时快速测定进口龙舌兰酒中22种元素锂、钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、钡、铅、铋、锶的分析方法。龙舌兰酒经水浴挥发乙醇处理,采用ICP-MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明,该方法测定22种元素的线性范围宽,线性关系良好(r〉0.999),检出限低,各元素的加标回收率在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度高、回收率高等特点,完全可以满足龙舌兰酒中22种元素的分析要求。 A method for rapid and simultaneous detection of 22 elements in imported Tequila including lithium, sodium, magnesium, alumi- num, potassium, calcium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, silver, cadmium, barium, lead, bismuth, strontium etc. has been developed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). In the detection, Tequila was treated by water evaporation of ethanol and then measured by ICP-MS with external standard method quantification. The results showed that, the meth- od has a wide linear range,good linear relationships (r〉0.999),and low detection limits,and the recovery rate of each element is within 90 %- 110 %,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5 %. In conclusion, the method had the advantages including simple and rapid operation, high sensitivity, high accuracy, and high recovery rate etc. and it could fully meet the requirements of the analysis of 22 elements in Tequila.
