摘要
宜宾有"中国酒都"的美誉,以五粮液为代表的宜宾酒产业在四川乃至全国都占有举足轻重的地位,这已成为广泛的社会共识。而对于宜宾深厚的酒文化历史底蕴,众说纷纭中,至今少见清晰的描述。从宜宾史志档案资料研究出发,分析宜宾作为中国酒都的原因。
Yibin is well known as the ＂Liquor Capital of China＂. Yibin Baijiu, represented by Wuliangye, plays a decisive role in the Baijiu in- dustry of China. However, there are few descriptions of the profound liquor culture in Yibin history. In this paper, starting with the history ar- chives of Yibin, we tried to analyze the reason why Yibin had become the ＂Liquor Capital of China＂.（Trans. by HUANG Xiaoli）
