多乐氟对儿童正畸牙齿托槽周围釉质脱矿的影响分析

摘要 目的:探讨多乐氟对儿童正畸牙齿托槽周围釉质脱矿的影响。方法选取我院2014年9月~2015年9月诊治的行固定正畸治疗的患儿70例为研究对象,参考自身对照法原则将上颌中线左右两侧随机分成观察侧、对照侧,观察侧牙齿予以多乐氟治疗,对照侧则不作此处理,对比牙齿矫治后第1、3、6、12个月时牙齿托槽周围釉质脱矿发生率以及脱矿程度。结果①患儿在治疗后1、3、6、12个月时,观察侧牙齿托槽周围釉质脱矿率均明显低于对照侧,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察侧牙齿托槽周围釉质脱矿评分平均为(1.02±0.26)分,明显低于对照侧的(2.18±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多乐氟有助于预防儿童正畸牙齿托槽周围釉质脱矿,并减轻其脱矿程度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the effect of treating enamel lesions of demineralization of children orthodontics bracket with duraphat. methods Choosed 70 cases of orthodontic treatment from Sep. 2014 to Sep. 2015 to divide into study group and controlled group. The study group were treated with duraphat, the controlled group were blank control. Compared the incidence of enamel lesions of demineralization after 1, 3, 6, 12 months. Results The incidence of 1, 3, 6, 12 months of study group were all lower than controlled group (P〈0.05). The scores of enamel lesions of demineralization of study group was (1.02±0.26), all lower than (2.18±0.47) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using duraphat to prevent enamel lesions of demineralization of children orthodontics bracket is effective to extend in clinic.
