S100免疫组化法对犬天然牙周牙槽骨中神经形态的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目前的研究已经得出结论,天然牙周牙槽骨组织中分布的丰富感觉神经可分为有髓鞘的A类纤维和无髓鞘的C类纤维,A类纤维根据其直径又分为Aβ和Aδ纤维,并认为Aβ纤维为机械感受器的神经纤维,Aδ纤维和C纤维为伤害性感受器[1]。以上提到的神经分类方法主要根据神经纤维的传导速度以及电生理特性来划分[2],但在一般的组织学观察中,很难将观察到神经纤维的形态与其相应的功能对应起来[3]。本研究将通过S100免疫组化染色对犬天然牙周围牙槽骨内的神经纤维的分布以及形态进行观察分析,探讨根据免疫组化染色方法判断其神经性质和功能的方法。
