彭县黄鸡不同产蛋日龄蛋品质比较分析 被引量:14

摘要 为进一步分析彭县黄鸡选育群体的种质特性,试验测定了彭县黄鸡4个不同日龄(155、240、300和400日龄)所产鸡蛋的蛋品质,并进行比较分析。结果:除蛋黄颜色以外,蛋品质的各项指标均受到产蛋时间的显著影响,其中蛋重、蛋壳重和蛋黄比率随产蛋日龄的增加而增大,155日龄3个指标显著低于另外3个时间点(P<0.05);155和400日龄的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度显著低于240日龄(P<0.05);240和300日龄的蛋白高度和哈夫单位较好,都显著高于155日龄(P<0.05)。综上,彭县黄鸡的蛋品质在产蛋中期最优,并伴随产蛋日龄的增加逐渐下降。 In order to analyze the breeding performance of Pengxian yellow chicken, egg quality of 800 eggs from Pengxian yellow chicken at 4 different days of age (155,240,300 and 400 days)were measured and compared. The results showed that all indexes were significantly affected by laying stage except the yolk color. The egg weight, egg shell weight and yolk ratio were increased with extension of laying stage,and these 3 indexes at 155 days of age were significantly lower than that at other three ages (P〈0.05). The eggshell strength and eggshell thickness at 155 and 400 days of age were significantly lower than that at 240 days of age (P〈0.05). The egg albumen height and Haugh unit at 240 and 300 days of age were significantly better than those at 155 days of age (P〈0.05). In conclusion,the egg quality was better during the middle stage of laying cycle,and declined with the extension of laying stage.
