Research Advances on Sodium and Chlorine Nutrition in Poultry

钠和氯是家禽饲粮中不可缺少的营养物质,二者缺乏、过量或比例不当,都会影响机体正常生长发育和生产性能。作为机体重要的电解质,钠和氯同钾一起在调节酸碱平衡、水盐代谢,维持体液渗透压,保证营养素的适宜代谢环境方面,发挥着重要作用。文章主要对钠、氯在机体内的分布、代谢、营养功能,对家禽生产的影响,在饲粮中的适宜添加量及影响钠和氯作用效果的因素进行综述。

Sodium and chlorine are two of the most important nutrients in poultry diet, and their deficiency, excessive exposure or improper propotion count against normal growth and production performance of poultry. As the important electrolytes of body,sodium and chlorine play a crucial role on regulation of acid-base balance,water-electrolyte metabolism, maintaining humoral osmotic pressure, and providing proper environmental media for other nutrients. This paper reviewed research progress on the distribution, metabolism, nutritional function, impacts of sodium and chlorine on performance of poultry,their optimal levels, and influencing factors.
