不同饲养方式对苏邮2号肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及肉质性状的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了探讨苏邮2号肉鸭适宜的饲养方式,选用240只28日龄苏邮2号肉鸭,随机分为两组(公母各半),分别进行水面旱地结合圈养和无水面旱地圈养试验。结果表明:与水面旱地结合圈养相比,无水面旱地圈养方式未改变鸭的体重及采食量(P>0.05),但极显著地降低了屠宰率(P<0.01),显著地降低了半净膛率和全净膛率(P<0.05);无水面旱地圈养方式未改变试验鸭胸肌和腿肌失水率、剪切力、p H值(P>0.05)。
