摘要
通过热老化、湿热老化和高低温循环老化试验,考查了底涂对风窗玻璃用聚氨酯密封胶与油漆板基材粘接性能的影响。结果表明,底涂能保证聚氨酯密封胶与油漆板基材的粘接性能;无底涂时,聚氨酯密封胶与油漆板基材的粘接性能与油漆配方密切相关;油漆板颜色越浅,聚氨酯密封胶与油漆板基材的粘接性能越差。
This paper investigated the effect of primer on the bonding performance between polyurethane sealant and paint plate substrate through the thermal aging, hygrothermal aging, high and low temperature cycle aging tests. The results show that the primer can presented good bonding performance between polyurethane sealant and paint plate; without primer, the bonding performance between polyurethane sealant and base plate is closely related to the paint formulation, and the lighter the paint plate' color, the worse the bonding performance between polyurethane sealant and paint board substrate.
