摘要
介绍了电扶梯前沿板的生产工艺要求、材质构造和粘接工艺,并研究了双组分聚氨酯结构胶在单位面积上的施胶量对粘接强度的影响。当单位面积用胶量为1.0 kg/m^2时,聚氨酯结构胶的粘接力可达相对最强,经济性相对最优。
The comb base is an important structural component in escalator. This article described the process requirements, material structure and bonding process of escalators comb base. The effect of the applied weight per unit area of the two-component polyurethane structural adhesive on the bonding strength was investigated. The strongest adhesive force and the optimum economy were obtained when the applied weight per unit area of the adhesive was 1.0 kgm-2.
