肿瘤科护士专科规范化培训的实施与效果探讨

Discussion on the Implementation and Effectiveness of Oncology Nurse Specialist Standardized Training

目的探讨肿瘤科护士专科规范化培训的实施方法与应用效果。方法对90名肿瘤科在职一线临床护士均实施专科规范化培训,记录其接受培训前、后理论知识及实际操作技能考核结果变化情况。结果培训后90名肿瘤科一线临床护士理论知识、实际操作技能考核结果均较之前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤科新入职护士给予专科规范化培训可显著提高其专业技能,有利于为肿瘤患者提供更为安全有效的护理服务。

Objective To discuss implementation methods and applications of oncology nurse specialist standardized training. Methods 90 oncology clinical nurse serving line were given the standardized training specialist, before training and after training their theoretical knowledge and practical skills examination results changes was recored. Results 90 oncology clinical nurse line theory, the practical skills examination results after training was significantly improved compared with before training（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For oncology nurses to give new recruits specialist standardized training can significantly improve their professional skills, help to provide more safe and effective care to cancer patients.
