摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提升,肉制品已经成为饭桌上的"常客",是人们膳食结构的重要组成部分,其具有高度的营养价值。但是,"瘦肉精"事件发生后,食品安全问题再一次被推上了风口浪尖,加强对肉制品质量的控制很是关键。新时期,为了保证肉制品的质量安全,应加大食品安全检验力度,制定更为严格的食品安全管理制度,以保证肉制品的安全性。为此,本文就食品检验对肉制品安全重要性进行了分析与探究。
With the continuous development of people’s quality of life, meat-product has become a common ingredient in our daily life and it is an important component in diet structure because of its high nutrition value. However, food-safety issue becomes the hottest issue again since “lean-meat powder” event burst. So, strengthening inspection on meat-product quality is so significant. In modern time, it is suggested to enforce food safety inspection and draw up strict food-safety management measures in order to guarantee meat-product safety. Therefore, this paper makes an analysis and investigation on importance of food inspection for meat-product safety.
