超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C检验对子痫前期患者肾功能变化的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析胱抑素C(CysC)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)评估子痫早期病人肾功能指标变化的作用。方法选取35例子痫前期病人作为A组研究对象,同期选取35例健康孕妇作为B组研究对象,对比两组研究对象的CysC、hs-CRP、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)等指标水平。结果经检验,A组CysC、hs-CRP、Cr指标水平分别为(2.62±0.73)mg/ml、(15.97±4.25)mg/ml、(114.10±30.12)μmol/L,依次高于B组的(0.80±0.08)mg/ml、(0.78±0.15)mg/ml、(85.89±25.67)μmol/L,差异均显著(P<0.05)。A组BUN指标水平为(7.03±2.50)mmol/L,B组为(5.46±1.47)mmol/L,两组比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论胱抑素C和超敏C反应蛋白可反映子痫病人早期的肾功能异常变化,为其病情诊断值提供有效参考,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the value on CysC and hs-CRP in assessing the role of early changes in renal function in patients with eclampsia hypersensitive C. Methods 35 patients with preeclampsia were selected as group A study, 35 healthy pregnant women was chosen on the same period as the group A subjects and were as group B, two groups of CysC, hs-CRP, serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels and other indicators were compared. Results Upon examination, CysC, hs-CRP, Cr target levels of group A was (2.62±0.73) mg/ml, (15.97±4.25) mg/ml,(114.10±30.12)μmol/L, respectively, which was sequentially higher than Group B (0.80±0.08) mg/mL,(0.78±0.15)mg/mL,(85.89±25.67)μmol/L,the difference was significant (P〈0.05). BUN levels of group A was (7.03±2.50) mmol/L, group B was (5.46±1.47) mmol/L, the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Cystatin C test and ultra-sensitivity C-reactive protein may reflect the early eclampsia patients with renal dysfunction Change, to provide an effective reference value for the diagnosis of the disease, was to promote the application.
