浅析尿常规检验的影响因素

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Routine Urine Test

目的 探讨尿常规检查的影响因素。方法 根据2014年1月-2015年1月我院的569例尿常规检查患者来进行研究分析,共有不合格患者74例。对患者的不合格原因进行分析归纳,进行总结。结果 全部患者中共有10例患者因为采集前准备工作不足而受到影响,43例因为标本采集受到影响,13例因为标本检验受到影响,8例因为保存和分析影响了结果。标本的采集因素是影响检查结果的主要因素,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 尿常规检查受到的影响因素有前期准备、采集、保存、分析、检验等,采集是主要的影响因素,为了提升检验质量,应该做好标本采集工作。

Objective To explore the influence factors of routine urine test. Methods 569 cases of patients with urinary routine examination selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were studied and analyzed. There were 74 patients who were not eligible. The reasons for the failure of patients were analyzed and summarized. Results All patients with a total of 10 patients affected because of lack of preparation work before acquisition, 43 cases because of specimen collection factors affected, 13 cases because of the test specimen factors affected, 8 cases because save and analyze the factors that influenced the results. The factors of specimen collection was the main factors affecting the results, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influence factors of the urine routine examination are pre preparation, collection, preservation, analysis, inspection and so on. The collection is the main influence factor. In order to improve the quality of the test, the sample collection work should be done.
