纱布卷并弹力绷带交叉呈“X”型包扎止血法在经桡动脉PCI后压迫止血中的应用

The Application of the “X”-shaped Bandage to Hemostasis of Radial Artery Pathway with Gauze Roll and Elastic Bandage in the Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的 探讨纱布卷并弹力绷带交叉呈“X”型包扎止血法在经桡动脉PCI后压迫止血的效果。方法 对我院2015年1-12月收治的381例经桡动脉路径行PCI后不同止血方法的效果进行回顾性分析,根据止血方法不同,将患者分成观察组（纱布卷并弹力绷带交叉呈“X”型包扎止血法）和对照组（压迫器止血法）,比较两组压迫止血时间、不舒适感、穿刺点局部并发症的差异。结果 两组桡动脉止血时间均为8-9 h,纱布卷并弹力绷带交叉呈“X”型包扎止血法较压迫器止血法更易出现手掌肿胀、疼痛,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组麻木、血肿、瘀斑、水疱、假性动脉瘤无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论 纱布卷并弹力绷带交叉呈“X”型包扎止血法止血效果确切、操作简单、并发症少、经济实惠,值得在基层医院临床中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effects of the method of the ‘X’-shaped bandage to hemostasis of radial artery with gauze roll and elastic bandage in the percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods 381 cases of patients were selected from January to December 2015 in our hospital and were etrospective analyzed, they were treated with different methods of hemostasis after PCI by radial artery pathway. This patients were separated into two groups： observational group （the method of the‘X’-shaped bandage to hemostasis ） and control group （the method of the domestic artery compressor to hemostasis ）. And the difference of two groups of compression hemostasis time, discomfort, local complications of puncture point were compared. Results The hemostasis time of the radial artery in the two groups was 8-9 hours, No statistical difference about numbness, hematoma, ecchymosis, blisters, pseudoaneurysm between two groups （P〉0.05）, there was significant difference in swelling, pain between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of the ‘X’-shaped bandage to hemostasis of radial artery with gauze roll and elastic bandage in the PCI is accurate, simple operation, less complications and economic benefits, and it is worthy of clinical application in primary hospital.
