急性单纯性阑尾炎的保守治疗策略(附265例分析)

Acute Simple Appendicitis Conservative Treatment Strategy: a Report on 265 Cases

目的 探讨急性单纯性阑尾炎保守治疗的效果和对策。方法 回顾性分析265例急性单纯性阑尾炎行保守治疗病例的临床资料,评价保守治疗的效果及总结经验。结果 选择保守治疗的急性单纯性阑尾炎患者265例,保守治疗无效中转住院手术42例,223例经过3-8 d的静脉抗炎治疗及3 d序贯口服抗炎治疗达到治愈,随访12-24个月,其中36例复发。结论 在严密观察下,使用合理的抗生素,在手术治疗的有效保障下,保守治疗在急性单纯性阑尾炎的治疗中可作为一个可选择的治疗手段。

Objective To explore the effect of conservative treatment of acute simple appendicitis and its countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 265 cases of acute simple appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed, and the effect of conservative treatment was evaluated. Results 265 cases of conservative treatment of acute simple appendicitis were selected, conservative treatment were invalid transit inpatient surgery：a report of 42 cases, 223 cases were cure after 3-8 days of intravenous antibiotics and 3 days of sequential oral anti-inflammatory treatment, follow-up of 12-24 months, which 36 cases were recurrence. Conclusion Under strict observation, the use of reasonable antibiotics, in the effective protection of surgical treatment, conservative treatment in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis can be used as a choice of treatment.
