无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Non-invasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) with Respiratory Failure

目的观察无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法随机将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者分为两组。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予无创呼吸机。结果观察组心率、血气分析指标等均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭效果理想。

Objective To observe the effect of non-invasive ventilation in treatment of COPD with respiratory failure. Methods 60 patients of COPD with respiratory failure were divided into two groups, the control group received routine treatment, and the observation group used non-invasive ventilation on the basis of control group. Results The heart rate, blood gas analysis of observation group were significantly better than control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of non-invasive ventilation in treatment of COPD with respiratory failure is ideal.
