早期削痂植皮在深Ⅱ～Ⅲ度混合烧伤创面治疗中的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Early Tangential Excision in the Deep Ⅱ～Ⅲ Degree Mixture Burn Wounds

目的 研究分析深Ⅱ-Ⅲ度混合烧伤患者接受早期削痂植皮治疗的效果。方法 根据我院2008年1月-2011年12月的126例深Ⅱ-Ⅲ度混合烧伤患者来进行研究,为患者的创面在5 d内进行削痂手术,去自体皮进行移植治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 术后3周,患者的创面愈合率能够达到95%,对患者进行1-2年的随访,患者的供皮区和受皮区的瘢痕情况较理想,关节功能无影响。结论 深Ⅱ-Ⅲ度混合烧伤早期可以使用削痂植皮治疗,其效果好,患者远期预后理想,可以在临床中进行推广使用。

Objective To study the treatment effect of deep Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree burn patients received mixed early tangential excision. Methods 126 cases of deep Ⅱ - Ⅲ degree burn blend patients in our hospital were selected from January 2008 to December 2011,all the patients wound were treated with tangential excision in 5 days, and given autologous skin transplantation in the treatment, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results 3 weeks after operation, the wound healing rate was 95%. The patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years. The skin donor site and the scar in the skin area were ideal, and the joint function had no effect. Conclusion Deep Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree mixed burn early can use cutting eschar treatment, the effect is good, long-term prognosis in patients with ideal can used widely in clinic.
