三种手术方式治疗青光眼合并白内障临床疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Clinical Effect of Three Surgical Methods for the Treatment of Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract

目的探讨三种手术方式治疗青光眼合并白内障临床疗效。方法以我院66例青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,分为A、B、C三组,A组用采用白内障囊外摘除术、人工晶状体植入术及小梁切除术三种方式相结合的方法治疗;B组先进行小梁切除术,待眼压恢复稳定后,手术治疗白内障;C组联合白内障超声乳化术、人工晶状体植入术及小梁切除术的手术方式。比较三组病患术后恢复情况。结果 C组病患在视力水平、眼压水平方面优于A、B组,且差异达极显著水平(P<0.01)。结论采用联合白内障超声乳化术、人工晶状体植入术及小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障,效果最佳。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of three surgical methods for the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods 66 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract in our hospital were studied, they were divided into three groups, group A, group B, group C, group A treated with extracapsular cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy three ways of combining method of treatment; group B first performed trabeculectomy, IOP after restoring stability, cataracted surgery; group C was treated with phacoemulsification, intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy surgery,and the postoperative recovery of three groups was compared. Results The visual acuity and intraocular pressure in group C was superior than group A and group B, and the difference was very significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined phacoemulsification, intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy, the treatment of glaucoma with cataract, the effect is best.
