微创手术与传统手术在小儿疝气治疗中的疗效对比

Comparing the Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Surgery and Traditional Surgery in the Treatment of Pediatric Hernia

目的研究分析小儿疝气使用微创手术治疗和传统手术治疗的临床效果差异性。方法根据我院接收的70例小儿疝气患者进行研究分析,观察组患儿接受微创治疗,对照组接受传统手术治疗。结果观察组患儿的出血量、手术时间、住院时间要比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组共有2例阴囊肿胀病例,对照组有7例阴囊肿胀病例,观察组患儿的并发症发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿疝气使用微创手术治疗的效果比传统手术治疗优秀,患儿的出血量少,并发症几率低,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgical in the treatment of pediatric hernia. Methods 70 cases of pediatric hernia patients in our hospital were researched and analyzed, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive treatment, while the control group received traditional operation therapy. Results The amount of bleeding, operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, a total of 2 cases were scrotal swelling, 7 cases of scrotal swelling in the control group, the chance of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of children colic using minimally invasive surgical treatment is better than traditional surgery, with less bleeding and low complication rate, clinical can be carried out to promote the use.
