经内镜与开腹手术治疗胆总管结石的临床对比

Comparative Analysis of Endoscopic Operation and Laparotomy Operation in Treatment of Choledocholithiasis

目的 比较内镜与开腹手术治疗胆总管结石的临床效果。方法 按照时间顺序将我院2014年10月-2015年10月间收治的80例胆总管结石患者分为两组,观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）。给予观察组患者内镜括约肌切开手术治疗,给予对照组开腹手术治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的取石成功率、并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对胆总管结石患者进行内镜手术治疗,效果显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of endoscopic operation and laparotomy operation in treatment of choledocholithiasis. Methods 80 patients of choledocholithiasis who were received and treated in hospital were selected from October 2014 to October 2015, and they were divided into the observation group （40 patients） and the control group （40 patients） according to their hospital-visitation sequence;40 patients in the observation group were operated with endoscopic sphincter-incision surgery, while, 40 patients in control group were operated with laparotomy, the treatment effects between two groups was compared. Results Choledocholithiasis operation successful rate and the complication incidence of the observation group was much better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic operation is much more effective in treatment of choledocholithiasis; Thus, it is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
