腹腔镜下根治手术配合空肠间置代胃术治疗胃癌的临床价值

Clinical Value of Laparoscopic Radical Operation Combined with Jejunum Replacement in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的探究腹腔镜下根治手术配合空肠间置代胃术治疗胃癌的临床价值。方法选择本院收治的胃癌患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以根治性全胃切除术配合Roux-en-Y空肠吻合术治疗,观察组予以根治手术配合空肠间置代胃术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症共2例,发生率7.7%,对照组发生并发症共7例,发生率26.9%,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下根治手术配合空肠间置代胃术治疗胃癌的临床疗效显著,并发症发生率较低,可进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic radical operation combined with jejunum replacement in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 52 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received radical total gastrectomy with Roux-en-Y anastomosis treatment, the observation group was treated with radical surgery between jejunal gastric replacement surgery treatment.The clinical effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. There were 2 cases of complications in the observation group, the incidence rate was 7.7%, the control group was 7 cases of complications, the incidence rate was 26.9%, the incidence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical operation with jejunum and stomach in the treatment of gastric cancer has significant clinical effect, low incidence of complications, can be used to promote the application.
