口腔种植牙修复牙列缺隙的临床应用效果体会

Clinical Application of Dental Implant in the Repair of Dentition Defect

目的研究口腔种植牙修复牙列缺隙的临床应用效果,分析修复牙列方法的价值。方法本院接收的牙列缺隙患者30例随机分为两组,其中15例为观察组(患牙共18颗),另外15例为对照组(患牙17颗),观察组采用口腔种植牙修复牙列,对照组使用常规修复方法治疗。结果观察组患者治疗有效率93.33%,对照组66.67%。两组治疗效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植牙修复牙列缺隙效果显著,可以适当推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of dental implant in the repair of dentition defect and analyze the value of the method. Methods A total of 30 patients with dental implant in our hospital were divided into two groups, 15 patients in the observation group （a total of 18 teeth）, and another 15 cases in the control group （17 teeth）,the observation group was treated with oral implant restoration dentition, and the control group was treated with routine repair methods. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, and the control group was 66.67%. The difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of dental implant in the treatment of dental implant gap is obvious, and it can be popularized.
