微创超声乳化术治疗白内障效果体会

Experience of Minimally Invasive Phacoemulsification in the Treatment of Cataract

目的 对白内障患者应用微创超声乳化术治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法 选取2014年6月-2016年4月期间在我院接受治疗的白内障患者131例,并随机分为参照组（64例）和实验组（67例）,参照组接受常规白内障手术治疗,实验组患者接受微创超声乳化术治疗,对两组患者治疗的临床疗效进行对比。结果 实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,术后并发症发生率明显低于参照组,视力恢复时间、患者术后恢复时间均明显短于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 白内障患者应用微创超声乳化术治疗的临床效果十分理想,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification of cataract in patients with minimally invasive therapy. Methods 131 cases of cataract patients were selected from June 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital accepted treatment, and were randomly divided into the reference group（n=64） and the experimental group （n=67）, the reference group received conventional cataract surgery, and the experimental group received the minimally invasive phacoemulsification. The clinical curative effect of the therapy on the patients of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of treatment of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the reference group, visual acuity recovery time, postoperative recovery time were significantly shorter than the reference group, the difference between the two groups was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of phacoemulsification in cataract patients is very good, it is worth to be popularized.
