硝苯地平和卡托普利联合治疗产科妊娠高血压综合征的效果研究

Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Captopril in the Treatment of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension in Obstetrics Department

目的 探讨硝苯地平和卡托普利联合治疗产科妊娠高血压综合征的效果。方法 本次研究选取的研究对象为2014年7月-2015年7月期间在我院产科进行治疗的妊娠高血压综合征患者,将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例妊娠高血压综合征患者。其中,对照组患者实施硝苯地平治疗,观察组患者采用硝苯地平和卡托普利联合用药治疗。对比两组妊娠高血压综合征患者治疗前后的血压情况。结果 观察组妊娠高血压综合征患者的血压改善情况优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论对产科妊娠高血压综合征患者联合使用硝苯地平和卡托普利治疗,能够有效降低患者的血压。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of nifedipine combined with captopril in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in obstetrics department. Methods This study selected pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients as the object of study, they were selected from July 2014 to July 2015 in the department of obstetrics in our hospital for the treatment, 60 cases were randomly divided for 2 groups, 30 patients as a group. Among them, the control group of patients were treated with implementation of nifedipine, the observation group was treated with nifedipine and captopril treatment. The blood pressure of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement of blood pressure in the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The obstetric pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were treated with nifedipine and captopril in the treatment, can effectively reduce the patient＇s blood pressure.
