盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺感染的临床效果评价

Evaluation on Clinical Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of Elderly Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Pulmonary Infection

目的对盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染的临床效果进行观察与分析。方法选取在我院确诊为慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺部感染的100例患者,分成两组,对照组患者用常规的临床治疗方法,实验组患者在常规的治疗方法的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索治疗。结果实验组患者的治疗总效率为96%,对照组患者的总治疗效率为72%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索的治疗方法在改善老年患者的肺部功能方面具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of pulmonary resistance in elderly patients with chronic pulmonary infection of the observation and analysis of the treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods A total of 100 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary complicated with pulmonary infection were diagnosed in our hospital, they were divided into two groups, and the control group was treated with routine clinical treatment methods, the patients in the experimental group were given drugs of ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of routine clinical treatment methods for treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%, and the control group was 72%, there was significant different between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride treatment method is applied in improving the treatment of pulmonary function in elderly patients with a higher value in clinical application.
