摘要
目的试析美托洛尔和福辛普利治疗老年无症状心力衰竭的临床价值。方法取我院收治的老年无症状心力衰竭患者63例,分为两组,对照组用福辛普利治疗,研究组用美托洛尔联合福辛普利治疗,评价两组治疗疗效。结果研究组治疗后LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF水平及6min步行距离优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合福辛普利治疗老年无症状心力衰竭的效果显著。
Objective To discuss clinical value of metoprolol and Phu Simpson Leigh in the treatment of senile asymptomatic heart failure. Methods Admitted to our hospital for the elderly patients with asymptomatic heart failure in 63 cases, divided into two groups. Control group was treated with Fosinopril, research group and metoprolol combined with Fosinopril in treatment and evaluation of therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The research group after treatment LVESD, LVEDD, LVEF and 6 min walking distance were better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Phu Simpson Leigh in the treatment of senile asymptomatic heart failure is effective.
